The Clef de Saint Thomas estate offers two terroir wines from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the result of meticulous work on our plots and “lieux dits” (smaller, individual vineyards), and our mastery of our grape varieties and blends.
La clef de Saint thomas
Selection of old grapes
La Clef de St Thomas Rouge, an elegant red wine with notes of black fruits, made from a selection of old Grenache and Syrah grapes planted on three different lieux-dits in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Enjoy it at 15°C from the age of 2 to 20 years and more!
La Clef de St Thomas Blanc, a white wine of minerality and aromatic complexity made from a harmonious selection of three grape varieties.
Pierre Troupel
Fresh and tasty
At Domaine Clef de Saint Thomas, we make our wine as vineyard owners and producers (Propriétaire-Récoltant).
Cuvée Pierre Troupel is a wine typical of the terroir in the AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. It is made from young vines (4 to 15 years old) in our maturing cellar in the heart of the famous village.
The name and the label’s sky-blue colour pay homage to Pierre Troupel, Sophie Kessler-Matière’s grandfather, an affineur of Bleu d’Auvergne cheese with piercing light blue eyes.
Fruity, very tasty and balanced wines are produced on our great Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroirs.
Among our red wines, our Pierre Troupel wine will seduce you with its raspberry and redcurrant notes. Enjoy at 15°C.
Among our white wines, our fresh and floral Pierre Troupel wine will delight you with its notes of white peach. Enjoy it chilled at 10/12°C as an aperitif, with sushi or with other culinary creations of your choice!
