L’ensemble de ces lieux-dits constitue un pachwork de parcelles. Chaque lieux-dits a son propre micro climat, terroir, sol…<\/p>\n

Les vignes du Domaine Clef de Saint Thomas sont plant\u00e9es sur 4 lieux-dits :<\/p>\n

\u2022 au sud, les galets roul\u00e9s des Grandes<\/strong> Serres<\/strong> o\u00f9 s\u2019expriment les vieux grenaches de notre Clef de St Thomas Rouge<\/a><\/p>\n

\u2022 au nord, les Charbonni\u00e8res et l’\u00e9tang sal\u00e9<\/strong> sur les sables argileux, o\u00f9 les c\u00e9pages blancs et la syrah affirment leur fruit\u00e9.

\u2022 \u00e0 l\u2019ouest, le lieu-dit Cansaud sur les terroirs de gr\u00e8s pour une typicit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00ab Ch\u00e2teauneuf \u00bb de notre Clef de St Thomas Rouge<\/a><\/p>\n

L’ensemble des raisins vendangeaient sur ces parcelles sont ensuite vinifi\u00e9s et \u00e9lev\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.
\nAvant la mise en bouteille nous d\u00e9cidons des assemblages \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n
