The grapes are harvested in mid-September, when they are picked by hand and placed into crates before being vinified in the cellars located on the estate in the heart of the village of Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape. Complete destemming, fermentation in vats, barriques and demi-muids at 15\u00b0C, then aged on fine lees for 3 to 4 months.<\/p>\n
